There’s a new junior camp in town — specifically in Norway — for a select group of American cross-country prospects, and Hailey Swirbul of the Aspen Valley Ski and Snowboard Club has been documenting the first few days of action.

In June, the National Nordic Foundation (NNF) announced it was funding new initiative, to send top U18 and U20 athletes from the International Ranking List to the the International Junior Camp, where they would be amongst 135 others from 15 different nations. Swirbul, 17, was one of five U.S. women invited and nine athletes in total. The NNF covered more than 60 percent of the cost of the weeklong camp for each of its athletes.

While these teenagers are living it up in Norway from Aug. 6-14, Swirbul produced the following videos:
