The American Birkebeiner Ski Foundation’s annual Birkie T-Shirt Design Contest is now open for entries! The winning design will be featured as the official T-shirt of the 2014 American Birkebeiner to be held February 20-23, 2014, the 41st annual event.

Anyone Can Enter the Contest – No Design Experience Necessary  

“Many contestants are Birkie skiers, family, or friends and some are just captivated by the idea of the Birkie and bring that out in their talents and designs. We welcome anyone and everyone to participate, including those who have submitted entries in the past,” says Ned Zuelsdorff, former executive director of the American Birkebeiner Ski Foundation.

YOU Vote for the Winner

After all the designs had been submitted, the top three designs are determined by the American Birkebeiner Ski Foundation and those are posted online for voting, right on the website. More than 7,000 people cast their votes last year to determine the ultimate winner. This year the voting will take place for one week, July 15 to 19, 2013–Monday through Friday.
