I doubt many fasterskier.com readers are in the area of Norwegian Nationals, but I would personally love to see this seminar.

Gratis trenerseminar med Ulf Morten Aune under NM.

(Langrenn.com: 19-01-2010, Translated By Patrick Stinson)

During Norwegian National Championships in Stikke The Norwegian Ski Association (Their USSA) will invite everyone to an opened coaching seminar.

Nation Sprint Coach Ulf Morten Aune will ask the question:

“Why has training become so difficult? Or are we just making it difficult?”

The seminar is a collective effort between The Norwegian Ski Association, Nationals in Stokke, and the Coaching Club. It will run for about an hour, and is open to all that are interested.

The seminar is free.

Thursday, January 21, 7:30pm, BCC, Brunstad Conference Center.

Well, at least one reader is in the area. I’m an hour away. Still won’t make it though, so unfortunately can’t provide a summary.
Sportswise I’m a soccer player first, hobby-skier second, so I’m pretty sure I’m not making training too difficult anyway;-)

People make training more complicated than it is….key words are commitment and quality!
