Boulder Nordic Sport Midwest Grand Opening Celebration October 18, 2014
Bloomington, MN – Boulder Nordic Sport (BNS) is excited to announce the October 18th Grand Opening of their new Twin Cities, Minnesota location. The new store at 90th and Penn in Bloomington is the third BNS location, joining Portland, Maine and Boulder, Colorado in dedication to high-level cross-country ski equipment, apparel and service.
To celebrate, BNS is throwing an all-day party with shop tours, giveaways, stone grinding demonstrations, wax clinics, expert ski analysis, double poling contests and more. Part of the celebration will include buy-one-get-one-free stone grinds on their new Tazzari RP-23 stone grinder*. BNS will have stone grinding staff on hand from both Minnesota and Boulder to give free expert analysis and grind recommendations on all skis brought in during the celebration.
The grand opening will also mark the launch of Madshus’s Empower program—a new system that uses RF-ID smart ski technology to improve ski selection and helps skiers know more about their skis via an app on their smartphone or tablet. Madshus representatives will be on hand to present the Empower program and answer questions about BNS’s full line-up of Madshus boots, skis, and poles.
The festivities will begin at 10AM on Saturday October 18 with coffee and doughnuts and run through 6PM with drinks and snacks available throughout the day.
