Gear West BrewSki Weekend Oct. 24-26

Enjoy good brews, better company, and the best training with Matt Liebsch and Fischer.

Join Matt Liebsch from October 24-26 for a weekend of relaxation and ski specific training in Seeley, WI, brought to you by Fischer and Gear West. Workouts will include individualized coaching and technique analysis, while beverages will be provided for “recovery” between sessions. It’s the perfect way to get fired up for the coming season!

Schedule

Friday 10/24
5:00 – 6:00 pm: Optional Pole Hike/Trail Run – Mosquito Brook trail crossing. We will run north if you wish to arrive later and meet up on the trail
7:30 pm: Dinner at Coop’s Pizza – included with registration

Saturday 10/25
9:00 – 11:30 am: Dryland workout and Skate/Classic video technique – Seeley Trailhead(?)
12:00 pm: Lunch at Sawmill Saloon – included with registration
2:00 – 4:00 pm: Easy roller ski, additional technique work
6:00 pm: Optional dinner at Rivers Eatery – cost NOT included with registration
8:00 pm: Bonfire at host cabin – beer, snacks, and good times provided

Sunday 10/26
9:00 am – 12:00pm: Over distance roller ski – Seeley Trailhead(?)
12:15 pm: Optional Lunch/coffee at Sawmill before leaving – cost NOT included

Bring ski equipment (some demo rollerskis may be available) and come prepared to learn, train, and have fun!

Cost: $100.00 per person
Includes coaching, two meals, and beers.
