No Tricks, Just a Halloween Treat from Silver Star

Matthew VoisinOctober 30, 2009

The groomers are working hard packing down the incredible snow fall we received Sunday/Monday.

We received 48 cms of snow in in 24 hours! We have the large snow cats working on the Nordic trails now preparing for an amazing opening this Saturday, October 31st. But that’s not all. Our summit base sits at 71 cm and Environment Canada is calling for as much as 40 cm over the next three days.

The number one goal of the xc camps is for everyone to have fun on their cross country skis! Technique improvement is the priority, not how fit you are.

The xc camps are for all levels of ability, if you want to skate only, classic only or do both we have highly qualified coaches from around North America ready to take your skiing to the next level.
Nordic skiers can stop by Long John’s Pub and The Bulldog Grande Cafe to warm up and grab a bite to eat this weekend.

We have fantastic trail side accommodations. SKI, EAT, SLEEP!
