Wednesday Workout: Aqua Jogging and Plyos NoCo Combo

Following the Women’s Ski Jumping USA national team. In order to train for nordic combined, Armstrong jumps during her scheduled practice times and joins the NYSEF cross-country skiers whenever she can.
