Last weekend's Western JO qualifier races at the Soldier Hollow, Utah Olympic courses brought together the best junior skiers from the Rocky Mountain, Intermountain and Far West divisions. It was some of the highest level junior racing ever seen in the West. The weather was perfect with medium cold sunny mornings and pleasantly warm in the thirties during the day. A record turnout of skiers and every single racer skied their hardest on some very tough and challenging courses.
Enjoy the photos from Mark Nadell, Far West Nordic Administrator. These photos are of Saturday's sprint race. We will post photos from Sunday's race tomorrow.
