Norway’s first team won ahead of their second team in the women’s World Cup sprint relay in Düsseldorf, Germany on Sunday. Russia was third. Hilde G. Pedersen and Marit Bjorgen skied on Norway’s winning team and Ella Gjomle and Guro Strom Sollie skied on their second team. The Swedish team was unlucky when their skier fell on the first lap. The Canadian team did not advance to the finale and placed 15th.
