The Rossignol Group announced it has hired Ryan Green as its Nordic Division Manager for the U.S. market. “Nordic ski equipment is an important part of Rossignol’s business that the company is committed to on a global basis,” said Tim Petrick, President of Rossignol North America. “Ryan Green’s experience in product development, sales and as a competitive athlete makes him ideally suited to continue to grow our Nordic business.”

Ryan Green worked previously for The Rossignol Group in several capacities. He began his career with the company as a field sales associate, representing all Rossignol divisions. He was promoted to the position of Product Manager for Dynastar and Lange, two of the other brands within The Rossignol Group portfolio in 2006. Ryan left the company in 2009 to become a sales rep for Superfeet in Northern California, successfully growing the business during his tenure. Throughout these years, Green competed actively at the highest amateur levels as a cyclist and tri-athlete.

“Rossignol’s Nordic business will benefit greatly from Ryan’s unique experience,” said Ron Steele, Rossignol’s Vice President of Sales. “He understands this category from every perspective; he’s a strong aerobic athlete, and he’s one of the most dedicated workers I’ve ever known.”

Ryan will begin work with the international Rossignol team on October 17th. He and his wife, Sandy, will re-locate to Park City shortly thereafter.

“We’re thrilled to have Ryan Green joining the team,” Petrick added. “His energy, combined with the great products, profitability and dependable deliveries we have provided to our retail partners over the years, will allow us to build upon the strong momentum that Rossignol Nordic currently enjoys.”
