Support Our Sport

Dear friend of CXC,

It is with tremendous gratitude that I announce our 3rd consecutive Year End Challenge Grant, ‘Support our Sport’. Once again, John & Leslie Taylor have teamed up with several CXC donors to challenge us to continue to build upon our successes from last year to further grow and promote Nordic skiing for all ages and abilities. This is a 1:1 challenge grant, so every dollar donated will be doubled! This donation opportunity provides a way for anyone to give back to our sport through CXC Programs.

You and our grassroots organization are bound together by a passion for cross country skiing. Please make a donation today, Giving Tuesday, to support all of our efforts.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
Yuriy Gusev

Introducing Youth to the Sport

CXC Drive

“Giving kids one more activity they find interesting and engaging, as a way to use their bodies to help settle their minds and be more available for the traditional learning is really beneficial and the ‘Nordic Rocks’ for Schools program provides that.”

“Brenden has been skiing with the CXC Adaptive Program since he was 13 years old. During the past three years, CXC and the coaching staff have provided Brenden with equipment, coaching expertise and racing opportunities. Not to mention the encouragement they give him to challenge himself everyday with new goals both on and off the skis.

Brenden enjoys skiing and the CXC Adaptive Program offers him the benefit of a great workout and competitions for his competitive spirit. Thanks CXC!”

Fueling the Athletic Pipeline

CXC Drive

“Passion for coaching and the sport only gets you so far, then you have to have the skill set to draw from to coach properly; especially now when you are seeing the pipeline across the nation growing and getting stronger.”
