This fall members of the US cross-country team and staff developed a plan to raise the level of skiing in America to new heights and support the efforts of the US Cross-country team and development team in our pursuit of three medals in 2006.
Unlike in the past, members of the US skiing public interested in supporting America’s best skiers will be able to contribute directly to the cross-country team, with one hundred percent of proceeds going to the goal of international racing success. And it is NOT just a tax deductible donation — you will get your money’s worth!

The book will serve to raise the level of skiing in America as it will inspire, entertain and educate. Along with stories and photos from training and racing all over the world the book will contain the US team’s training and technique methods through graphs, training plans, log entries, photo sequences and detailed explanations. Everyone from elite athlete, junior coach to master athlete will come away with ways to better their performance and with a new excitement and energy to apply to their skiing.
Our goal is to raise the level of skiing in America to new heights!
The book will be sold through contributions before publication and through contributions and at store-price after publication. Contributors get their name or logo on the book’s Gold, Silver or Bronze Contributor pages as well as a copy of the book personally signed by every member of the team.
The US is on the cusp of greatness. Our recent results validate our goals — we can win medals in 2006 and beyond! This is your chance to be a part of it.
