Great Besh Cup Action In Homer, Alaska

FasterSkierJanuary 28, 2004

Alaska's teams for the 2004 Junior Nationals and Arctic Winter Games began to take shape last weekend, as the second of three weekends of qualifying races were held in Homer, Alaska. The Besh Cup race series, the premier race series in Alaska held races 3 & 4 of the six race series on the beautifully groomed trails of McNeil Canyon in Homer. With the sun overhead (well, on the horizon at least), great snow on the ground, and beautiful views in all directions, it made for a great weekend of skiing.
