The Club provides detailed, in-depth coverage of modern and interesting issues in the sport of Cross-Country. Most of the Club’s articles will cover issues related to training and racing, and will also include material for all ages and abilities, from World Cup skiers’ training to important elements of youth and age group training and skiing.
The September issue
This month we again include three articles:Â
The first article is on Long-term guidance – A summary of fundamentals for coaching children and youth from 10 — 19 years of age — based on the Norwegian Ski Association’s system
The other two articles focus on how successful World Cup skiers train. We have profiled one male and one female World Cup skier, looking at their current training focus and training philosophy.
