 Another biathlon skier, Ole Einar Bjorndalen was leading the race until the last kilometer, when Bergen made his final all-out effort to win by a fraction ahead of Bjorndalen
 – I skied even from start until 9 kilometer and was 7-8 seconds behind Ole Einar the whole way. I managed to keep the speed up and had to try to catch him. I barley made it, so it was great to beat him, explains Berger
 – Yes, I feel insecure without my gun and ammo, laughs Berger.
