Christina Paluselli of Italy dominated the women’s field in the Jizerska Padesatka FIS marathon in the Czech Republic on Sunday and won for the second year in a row.
Paluselli was 2 minutes and 24 seconds ahead of second place finisher Sofia Lind of Sweden and 4.30 ahead of her teammate and former American Birkie winner Lara Peyrot.
Paluselli was 48th overall (including the men) among the 2713 racers that completed the full marathon. Â
