Norwegian Men’s Coach’s Season Evaluation: Rough Start But Perfect At Worlds

– Overall I’m satisfied with Worlds and we managed to peak. We have worked on “team-building” and with two relays gold’s we succeeded with that, says the national team coach, who has been offered an extended contract when his current one expires after next year’s Olympics.

Sorgaard is overall satisfied with the season, but is still finding areas where they can do better in.

– We have improved, especially in the pursuit races. That along with skating has been our main focus, and we need to continue to work on that. We are still dependant upon a couple skiers, but we have improved in skating, says Soregard.
