Yes, that’s right. I’m in better shape now than at the same time last season, says Marit Bjorgen.</p>
<p>She got this confirmed last Saturday. She parked her competitors and beat her own course record in the 24-kilometer classic rollerski race from Storen to Budal. This happened despite rain and slower conditions than last summer</p>
<p>– It felt good. The conditions were bad, but the atmosphere was good, says the World Champion who is on track in her training in this important Olympic season.</p>
<p>I have been able to do what I’m supposed to in training, explains Marit</p>
<p>She believes despite being ahead of last year that she can get even better.</p>
<p>– I reached a very high level last winter. It’s hard to say if I’m at that level now, but it’s six month until it counts. A lot can happen, concludes Marit.</p>
