Anders Sodergren won the Swedish team’s five-kilometer uphill rollerski skate time-trial in Ramsau, Austria on Saturday. He was 17 seconds ahead of Johan Olsson.
Sodergren looked very strong. Peter Larsen was third, 25 seconds behind Sodergren, while Mathias Fredriksson was fourth, almost a whole minute behind. Jorgen Brink was fifth, Mikael Ostberg was sixth and Thobias Fredriksson seventh. Bjorn Lind did the time-trial classic instead of skating and Mats Larsson didn’t race. Per Elofsson didn’t race either, he was sent to Norway for treatment of his problems on Saturday.
