– I’m ready for a new season and have ambitions about performing at my previous best level. Olympic participation is on my mind, but the Norwegian sprint level is high. It’s going to be a tough fight for those spots, says Ingrid Narum

Ingrid was sidelined with Myco plasma bacteria last season. She had prior to this done well in international sprint racing and had an eight place from World Cup as her best result.

– My body is no longer tired, as it was last winter. It was a tough period, and it was good that I had classes that I could concentrate on. That made it easier than if I was only focused on sport.

Ingrid is a part time student and is finishing a three year bachelor degree in sport and health this Christmas. She is living in Lillehammer.

– Both the dryland and the ski training possibilities are very good in this area. I like it a lot here, concludes Ingrid.
