Why are you psyched to be a member of FSx?
Fischer and Swix are the best ski companies in the world. The team is a great mix of younger and older athletes. And I really like the mission of the FSx program. We are trying to improve US skiing and help developing athletes reach the top. When you combine all this I wouldn’t consider any other team.
Must have on the road:
iPod!!!!!!! Computer with lots of DVDs and some super cool homies like the “F-to-the-Sx†crew.
First thing you do in the off season:
Skin up my Tele skis and hit the deep powder in the Chugiak Mountains of the AK. Then I do a little traveling for UAA’s Track team to cool places like San Diego. And when that is finished we do more telemark skiing in the awesome spring corn snow.

Most recent cool thing you have done?
I went cliff jumping with the Nimble Deuce and Wrong Way on the way to Lake Placid.
What other sport/athlete provides inspiration? Why?
Road cycling. Mario Cipollini, who else can stop a training ride to buy shoes and get away with it??? He owned the sport and had fun with it.
Best ski Move:
A rail slide over double picnic tables and landing switch at Spring Series.
