Coach Gordon Lange sent us some photos from a Wednesday September 26 rollerski interval workout with the juniors From The National Sport Foundation (NSF) in Park City, Utah. The location is Lambs Canyon. Five miles of gradual uphill on brand new pavement. Dead end and very few cars.
