We are a little late getting this on the web, but we wanted our readers to see the great articles that were sent to FasterSkier.com Club Subscribers in October:
FASTERSKIER CLUB SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE – 2005
October, 2005
The October 2005 issue
This month we include several articles:
1. Biomechanical research of Double Poling in Elite Cross-Country Skiers.
A research article by Dr. HC Holmberg, Olympic Committee, Sweden and Dr. Stefan LINDINGER, Department of Sport Science and Kinesiology, University of Salzburg, Austria.
This article is quite scientific, but everyone should be able to understand the results by reading the research conclusion. If not, we have also included some additional information and abstracts of HC Holmberg’s work. See Dr. Cross-Country Skiing.
2. Dr. Cross-Country Skiing [Dr. HC Holmberg’s double-pole thesis summary].
