In today's World Cup sprint race at Sovereign Lake, 10 North Americans (6 Canadians and 4 Americans) qualified for the sprint final elimination heats by placing in the top 30. Bjorn Lind (SWE) was the fastest male qualifier, while Manuela Henkel was the fastest female.
