Anders Sodergren won the Swedish 50-k classic championship last week. Mats Larsson was second, almost four minutes behind. Johan Olsson was third.

Maria Rydqvist won the Swedish 30-k classic in the final day of the Swedish championship last week. She was almost one minute ahead of Elin Ek in second place. Susanne Nystrom was third and Brita Nordgren fourth
