<p>A little bit. I’m including speed and explosiveness in my training, but it’s mostly traditional ski training.</p>
<p>This is how she is planning to get better:<br />
Ella is for the first time in man years injury free going in to the summer. Most of the previous summers have been used to alternative training.</p>
<p>I injured the Achilles the day before the 30-k at nationals last winter. Now I’m feeling good and healthy.<br />
– I can do speed and sprint as well as upperbody strength this summer. That will make a difference!</p>
