Elofsson had the old Swedish record in moose-hoofs — running/walking with poles up the alpinehill in Schladming.
Elofsson’s record was 12.09 minutes. Fredriksson crossed the finish-line in 12.07.
The Finish team took part in the test as well. Tilo Soderhjelm was second in 12.13 according to Skidsport.com
Fredriksson won the overall World Cup in 2002, but has recently been overshadowed by the Swedish sprinters, until he won the final World Cup race in Sapporo last winter, a duathlon. Petter Northug was second.
