Jan Egil Andresen was kicked off the Norwegian team after last season. He was 42 seconds ahead of the fastest national team skier in a 12 k skate time-trial on Sunday.
– I felt good, but I still have to qualify in the Norwegian opening next weekend in order to race in the upcoming World Cup races. At this point this result doesn’t mean anything, but it’s an indication that I have done lots of right in my training this summer and fall.
