For those of you who are packing up to head to West Yellowstone – you lucky dogs! We recieved the following report and photos on Monday from Amy Caldwell, Stratton Mountain School Head J1/OJ Coach.
The Stratton Mountain School crew arrived in West Yellowstone last night and got on the snow for the first time this morning. The conditions were great with around a foot of snow and temperatures in the mid-20's. Besides our group, we only saw one other skier, a US biathlete, on the
trails this morning. Here are some photos from the ski this morning!
The long-range forecast is still looking encouraging…so it should be a good Thanksgiving out here in West Yellowstone. We look forward to seeing a lot of you out here in the next week.
