Each stage of Tour de Ski

Stage 3: Asiago – January 5.
January 4. is a rest day and January 5. is a sprint race in Asiago, Italy.

– This is a well known course with two steep uphills, says TD Vegard Ulvang.

Stage 4: Val di Fiemme – January 6. and 7
Tour de Ski’s final two races will be in the World Championship towns of Cavalese and Val di Fiemme.

– 15/30 kilometer mass-start races on January with sprint bonuses included during the races. The sprints will give valuable time deductions. The sprints are at 4,5 km, 12 km and at the finish for women and at 4 km, 12 km, 23 km and at the finish for the men.

Tour de Skis last leg will be very tough. The race will start with a few laps on the regular course before it includes a part of the slalom course at Val di Fiemme’s alpine area. Check out the course profile at the link below. It’s the longest continues climb ever used in a World Cup race.
