CXC ANNUAL SPRING COACHES SYMPOSIUM AND CERTIFICATION
JUNE 2-3, HYLAND PARK, BLOOMINGTON, MN
Central Cross Country Ski Association is pleased to announce the 2007 CXC Skiing Annual Spring Coaches Symposium and inaugural CXC Skiing Coaches Certification Program. This is an annual educational opportunity for Central Coaches at all levels; youth, middle and high school, junior, collegiate, club and adult/master skiers.
The purpose of this Symposium is to present both basic and applied information on cross country skiing for improved training, technique and performance of junior and adult skiers. This year the emphasis will be on ski technique with a guest speaker on Sports Nutrition.
The Mission Statement of the Coach’s Certification Program is â€To elevate Coaching Performance at every level, from volunteer youth instructors to professional coaches, in the Central Region and the United States with the intent of creating a broad base of knowledge in cross country skiing and facilitating the development of world-class American cross country ski Championsâ€
