Record snowfall means record crust skiing around the world, as we've seen from the last few postings from Utah and Switzerland. Here are some shots over the last week in Aspen, just to assure that the winter keeps on going here in Colorado as well. Most of these were taken along the forest service road on the way up to the legendary twin 14ers, the Maroon Bells. The crust conditions should be pretty good depending on where you try, for another 2-3 weeks at least, maybe into June.
