At the U32 Invitational, our athletes were amongst 986 official entrants in the various running races held throughout the day (races for everybody from Kindergarten to Varsity). There were huge crowds for the varsity races!br /br /Our athletes are at the end of a “block” of training — which means training volume and intensity have been high for the past several weeks. This coming week is a recovery week, an we race again next Saturday on the Thetford course, which we raced a few weeks ago. Next Saturday, after resting, will give us a really good indication of everyone’s true fitness.br /span style=”font-size:130%;”br //spanspan style=”font-weight: bold;font-size:130%;” 7th/8th grade boys.
