The Lander Nordic Ski Association reports extra blue skiing in Wyoming. As we pass the mid-point mark of October, snow reports continue to come in – hopefully an indication of good things to come!

I skied on about 1+ inches of coarse wet snow in Dover NJ this morning. It won’t last but it’s the earliest I can remember snow falling here.

I didn’t know it ever snowed in Dover, NJ 🙂

It snowed super early here in Jackson Hole, too, but it’s all on it’s way out. I sure hope that the 3 feet in higher elevations goes away or we’re in for some serious depth hoar down the road.

It’s not going away, the hoar will be there. We have the same in Aspen, heard about some guys kicking off a slide already!
