Realizing that skiing can be an expensive sport, especially for junior racers and skiers just getting into the sport, Marwe Roller Skis has launched a new line of budget-minded roller skis.  The new skis will feature the same ultra-durable wheels that Marwe is known for but will use an aluminum frame to save cost for the skier.

Ahvo Taipale, head of Marwe USA,said “We are bringing these skis to the US to offer an economical choice for beginning roller skiers and young skiers.  Without sacrificing quality, you can still get the great durability that has made Marwe the choice of elite skiers.  We want to offer a less expensive alternative to help support junior skiing and allow more young skiers to train year-round.”

The new “A-series” roller skis feature lightweight and durable aluminum frames paired with Marwe’s legendary ultra-durable wheels.  The new skis will be available in both a Classic and a Combi version.  Both versions come standard with a front clutch-wheel for great “real-skiing” kick feel.

The 590A Combi version provides a great introductory ski for the first-time roller skier looking to be able to use one ski for both skating and classic.  The 40mm wide wheels make for easier balancing when skating.

The 700A Classic version features a longer shaft making for easy striding and a well-balanced ride.  This ski is a great choice for the skier that prefers skating when roller skiing, but would like an economical option to classic ski occasionally.

Marwe continues to offer their World Cup level Hybtonite Aircell Core composite skis that feel just like snow.  Marwe, Simply the Best!

Marwe Roller Skis are available in the US exclusively from FinnSisu and FinnSisu.com.  Marwe Roller Skis are known world-wide to have the most durable wheels and comfortable, ski-like feel of any roller skis! Simply the Best!
