GENERAL OUTLINE:
U.S. Ski & Snowboard Biennial National Coaches’ Symposium September 27-29, 2019 is being held at St Louis Park, MN Recreation Center (Minneapolis, MN). The focus this year is best practices for Junior and Youth development as well as Women in Sport. Keynote presenters include Brit Baldishol – Cross Country Skiing Development Manager for the Norwegian Ski Federation and Dr. Nicole LaVoi – Director of The Tucker Center for Research on Girls and Women in Sport. In addition, ten contributing presenters will discuss key areas in building lifelong passion and excellence in the sport of Cross Country skiing.
The cost of the 2.5 day conference is $300.00. Click “Schedule” to review the conference agenda, presenter biographies, conference location, and hotel information. Click “HERE” for registration. There is seating for up to 100 coaches. The first 75 coaches receive a U.S. Ski & Snowboard backpack. First preference goes to U.S. Ski & Snowboard Level 100 and Level 200 certified coaches, however, all coaches are encouraged and welcome.

FOR NATIONAL COACHES’ SYMPOSIUM: Level 100 and Level 200 certified coaches get first preference, however, all coaches are welcome.
