Executive Director – Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will oversee the success of the organization and its administration, programs, partnerships, fundraising, staff, and strategic plan. Head Coach – Reporting to the Executive Director, the Head Coach manages the organization’s juniors and masters programs including hiring and training coaches, recruiting and motivating athletes, and developing programs that support the overall mission and vision of the club. The Head Coach serves as a role model for DNSC members, always emphasizes and practices good sportsmanship, adheres to an approved budget, and maintains excellent written and oral communications with athletes, staff, and parents. The position represents DNSC at all Rocky Mountain Nordic (“RMN”) meetings and supports the club’s race series.
