Snow Mountain Ranch is hiring for a Year-Round Nordic Director! Housing Available.

• Located on over 120K of world-class terrain, Snow Mountain Ranch’s Nordic Center is the place to be for classic Nordic skiing, skate skiing, and skijoring. The Nordic Center is located and operated out of YMCA of the Rockies – Snow Mountain Ranch, which operates a mission-based family and group conference and retreat center, serving more than 50,000 guests annually. The resort is located in Granby, Colorado, near Winter Park Resort and Grand Lake, Colorado, the gateway town of Rocky Mountain National Park.
• The Nordic Director is responsible for managing and directing all operational aspects of the Nordic Center, including year-round trail development and maintenance, and coordinating year-round special events, and outdoor trail programming. This position pays $52,000 – $61,750/year with full benefits including health, dental, and life insurance, participation in YMCA Retirement Fund (additional 12% contribution by YMCA after 2 years employment), discounted nights at YMCA lodges for family & friends, generous vacation/PTO, and free ski and golf passes to nearby resorts.
