This dual role as NTDC Assistant Coach and XCSO Development Coach offers a unique and rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on the development of elite athletes. By combining these roles, you will have the chance to work closely with top-tier athletes in both a high-performance environment and a provincial setting, allowing for a comprehensive approach to athlete development. This position provides the perfect platform to implement innovative training techniques, foster a culture of excellence, and collaborate with a network of experienced coaches and sport professionals. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cross country skiing in Ontario, contributing to the growth and success of the sport at both provincial and national levels.
