Ydalir Endurance Systems teams are built for one purpose: helping aspiring athletes discover their potential. We exist to help athletes maximize their training and focus, improve daily habits, and use athletics as a tool to develop the life they want to lead.
For the 2026–2027 season, Ydalir Endurance Systems is opening its programs to 10 driven athletes. We have space for Gap Year and Pro-level cross-country skiers, biathletes, and skyrunners. Applicants should be ready to fully commit to their development—this is a program for the brave.
Based in the stunning Reno–Tahoe region, Ydalir offers both fixed-price (all-inclusive) and à la carte program options, allowing athletes to tailor their experience while maintaining access to high-level coaching and support.

• Over 50 years of combined coaching experience, spanning FIS and IBU World Cup levels to the youth club system
Coaches Will Sweetser and Sarah Dominick bring a proven track record that includes FIS World Cup starts, IBU Cup starts, a Sky Running World Junior Championship, and U.S. World Junior qualifiers in biathlon, cross-country skiing, and skyrunning. More than 70 percent of athletes coached by the program have been placed in NCAA skiing programs.

Results matter—but they are only one metric. Ydalir’s holistic approach considers where athletes are coming from, what they’ve done, and where they want to go. Training volume, technique, strength, aerobic and anaerobic data, mental acuity, and health all factor into our mission to improve the one metric that ultimately matters in timed sports: speed.
Ydalir is the mythical home of Ullr, the Norse god of winter, skiing, archery, and hunting. Renowned for his craftsmanship and focus as both a bowyer and a ski maker, Ullr embodies the qualities we strive to instill in every athlete.
