Norwegian junior World champion Even Sletten has changed his mind and decided not to attend University of Vermont.

Even Sletten had before the junior World Championship made plans to attend University of Vermont on a ski scholarship. He changed his plans after winning the sprint event at the Junior World Championship in Rovaniemi, Finland. Sletten is moving up to the senior class next season.
– I got tempted to continue racing in Norway since I did so well at junior Worlds and my club has a good structured program, says Sletten.
