The Central Cross Country Ski Association (CXC Skiing) is pleased to announce a FREE Get Your Nordic On! clinic in the Twin Cities area. Join local CXC Team skiers Matt Liebsch and Brian Gregg who will be leading the clinic.
Orono Ski Club – Baker Park
The clinic will be held on Wednesday, August 22 at Baker Park and hosted by the Orono Club. The clinic begins at 7:00pm at the horse trailer parking lot on the rollerski loop. We will work on a series of dry land training drills and progress onto rollerskis. The clinic is open to skiers of all ages and abilities, with a primary focus on skate skiing. Bring your skate rollerskis, boots, poles, and helmet.
Schedule:
Wednesday, August 22, 7:00pm – Introduction
7:10 – Dryland drills
7:30 – Depart for short rollerski and drills
8:30 – Question and answer session

Go North (right) on Willow Drive to 6th Ave N. (next major intersection)
Go West (left) on 6th Ave to Homestead Trail
Go North (right) on Homestead Trail.
