Let’s face it, if we want to see more people taking up racing in the future and discovering the sport, then the world’s ski resorts need to remain attractive. Despite issues around affordability continuing to limit participation in the sport, there are some amazing resorts that are being frequented by people on a yearly basis, even at Christmas.

In fact, skiing at Christmas is a popular option as people look to enjoy the festivities in a slightly different manner. After all, people venture to Jamaica for a beach-based Christmas, while others go fishing in an icy location like Iceland, much like in Pragmatic Play’s Bigger Bass Blizzard: Christmas Catch game, a title gamers enjoy as they embark on a fishing adventure in winter wonderland. Alongside these common festive adventures is the opportunity to go skiing at Christmas, too.

If skiing is to build on the busiest ski season ever and participation in the sport is to continue to grow, then festive skiing holidays need to continue to appeal to people around the world. Thankfully, there are a number of standout options that skiers visit every year for a Christmas getaway. If you’re thinking of doing the same, let’s take a look at some of the most perfect resorts on this glorious planet of ours.
