NNF Announces $40,000 Challenge Grant to Close Out The Drive for 25

The National Nordic Foundation (NNF) today announced a $40,000 matching grant to close out the Drive for 25, challenging the skiing community to raise an additional $40,000 before the end of the Drive on Thursday, December 1. These funds are critical in allowing the NNF to support American skiing development at the same level it has over the past several years.

Funding generated during the annual Drive for 25 goes directly to supporting athletic excellence for young nordic skiers across the United States through Pillar Projects such as international racing opportunities, World Junior & U23 Championships support, National and Regional Elite Group camps and more. These projects help to level the playing field for American athletes as they look to be competitive with skiers from powerhouse skiing nations such as Norway, Sweden, and Germany.

Support for this matching grant comes directly from individuals who believe that American nordic skiers deserve the resources they need to reach their potential and to succeed in the highest levels of nordic sport.

Supporting tomorrow’s nordic stars today!
