The Aukland brothers dominated the field in a September 16th, 15K Classic rollerski time-trial in Maridalen right outside Oslo. Only double-poling/double poling with kick was allowed.

The terrain is mostly flat and easy rolling. The event was done as mass-start and was a part of  The Long Distance National team's dryland camp. Several of the participants in the race were none-national team members at high level.

Jorgen and Anders Aukland pulled away early in the race and got a gap that they never gave up. Jorgen then pulled away from Anders while the third (!) brother, Fredrik tied Rune Thorseth for third.

The time-trial was the National Teams last workout at the camp and Rune Thorseth expressed to Langrenn.com that he was very tired on Sunday night:

“It feels like my whole body is aching — I should probably take it easy for a few days. We did a hard strength workout Saturday afternoon the day before the time-trial. We should possibly not have done that.”

5. Anders Hallingstad 29.59
6. Jens Arne Svartedal 30.02
