Favorites and Outsiders for This Weekend’s Women’s 10 K skate and Men’s 15 + 15 k double pursuit World Cup Race in Ramsau, Austria.

European “gamblers” can in addition to placing bets on soccer, team-handball, the London marathon, horse-racing and any other known to man sport now also place bets on Nordic events like Ski Jumping, Biathlon, Nordic Combined and Cross Country Skiing.

Norwegian Langrenn.com is each weekend “helping” their readers in choosing the possible winners for upcoming races.

One of Langrenn.com advertisers is British bookmaker Ladbrokes.

Langrenn.com’s picks and comments for this weekend races:

Women’s 10 kilometer skate – individual start:
It’s no reason to gamble away your money on any others than Kristina Smigun. She has been totally dominating the skate events this season. You should be able to almost double your money at odds 1.9.
Put your money on Gabriella Paruzzi If you absolutely want to gamble. The Italian girl is good in skating and has shown progress lately. Paruzzi has odds 9 and is Ladbrokes 4th favorite. Kuenzel (odds 5) and Shevchenko (odds 8) are considered bigger favorites than Kuenzel by Ladbrokes but Langrenn.com don’t think any of them will win. The Norwegian girls might ski well, but we don’t hold them as potential winners. It should be Smigun-show again.
