Invitation to the 2005 U.S. Cross Country Championships

Dear Competitors,

USSA and the Soldier Hollow Organizing Committee would like to invite the you to participate in the 2005 U.S. Cross Country Championships, January 3-10 2005, at Soldier Hollow in Midway, Utah.

The invitation contains information about lodging/meal plans at the Homestead Resort, transportation and car rental information, and the competition program. For on-line registration:

-Team Captain meetings will be in the Lodge at Soldier Hollow
-Registration Deadline: Postmarked no later than December 27, 2004
-Cost for races: $150.00 for 3-5 races, $125.00 for 1-2 races
-Late Registration deadline (paper only): Due to Race Secretary by noon the day before each race. Cost plus $25.00 late fee per race.

The Homestead Resort in Midway, UT will be the official housing authority for the 2005 U.S. Cross Country Championships. The Homestead is a full service, 4-diamond resort offering an array of amenities for teams and staff. The resort hosted the Cross Country and Biathlon teams during the 2002 Winter Games. Over 12 countries used the facilities for housing, meals and much more.

A variety of packages are available including lodging only, meal plans only, lodging and meal plans. Packages start at $55.00 per person, double occupancy.
