Sarah Peters Wins Holmenkollen Ski Marathon

Canadian Sarah Peters won Saturday’s Holmenkollen ski marathon in Norway by more than seven minutes. Peters won a trip to Norway and entry to the race by winning last year’s City of Lakes Loppet in Minneapolis/St. Paul.

The race was held in great conditions. Havard Skorstad of the Norwegian long distance team/Team Intersport won the men’s race by 49 seconds to Sjur Borsheim
