The Swedish team has prepared for the World Cup opener on snow in Gallivare and left for Beitostolen on Thursday.

– I can say enough positive about our preparations in Gallivare. But it’s now time to head for Beitostolen, says head coach Inge Braten.

One change has however been done in the women’s team selection. Emelie Ohrstig is not going to race the World Cup opener this weekend.

– Emelie is not in her best shape and we have replaced her with Kina Swiden, says Braten.

He is not particularly worried about Emelie's current shape since her main goal is the Olympics in February.

Women individual race: Lina Andersson, Anna Dahlberg, Elin Ek och Maria Rydqvist will race the individual race on Saturday

Men’s Individual race: Mathias and Thobias Fredriksson, Johan Olsson and Anders Södergren.
