RACE ENTRY FEES: Complimentary
START LISTS AND BIB PICK-UP: Start lists and Bib pick-up for Men/Women will be available at the National Altitude Training Center from 1:00pm to 5:00pm December 5th 2005

AWARDS: Award presentations to the top three Men’s and Women’s finishers will be made in the Village centre immediately after the races for the following categories: Pro Open Men and Pro Open Women
Prizes are as follows: 1st $2500.00, 2nd $1500.00, 3rd $1000.00

FACILITIES & WAXING: There are indoor washrooms located in Town Hall in the Village
centre. Full resort amenities are available. Wax rooms will be available in the National Altitude Training Centre and all Hotels.

SNOW CONDITIONS: Silver Star Mountain Resort website, http://www.skisilverstar.com,
has a webcam, as well as detailed reports on weather and snow conditions. There is also a snow phone: (250) 542-1745.

WARM UP/WAX TESTING: Warm up and glide testing areas are located close to the waxing facilities in the village. NO WAX TESTING ALLOWED ON THE COURSE DURING THE COMPETITION.

COURSE INSPECTION: The race courses will be set for training on December 5th 2005

December 6th Schedule:
10:00 am – 12:00 pm: Course open for inspection
2:00 pm – 4:30 pm: Time trials on course
5:00 pm: Time trial results posted – top 16 men and women will go to finals
6:40 pm – 6:50 pm: Fireworks and DJ music
6:50 pm – 7:00 pm: Race introduction and welcome to all
7:00 pm – 8:15 pm: Final races 7 men's / 7 women's – approximately 3 minutes each. 4 athletes racing head to head – top 2 move on to final
8:17 pm: Awards – Prizes for top 3 finishers
8:40 pm – on: Post event party in the Saloon
